Beef and Lamb for retail and commercial sales. The beef is from South Devon and Galloway cattle and lamb is from Cheviot cross breeds. Reared and finished on the farm, during the summer months they graze the Moor. Beef is available as mixed eighth (ie steak, topside, sirloin, mince, stewing meat etc), Lamb as a whole or half, all from the farm.
