Lambs sold as half or whole. Beef sold as equal
eighths of a bullock or if there are particular cuts of meat that
you are interested in please phone to discuss how we can accomodate
your wishes
Our home produced beef and lamb is naturally reared to British
Soil Association Standards, is G.M. free and is available to all,
i.e. residential customers, restaurants, pubs and hotels throughout
the year.
The beef is from South Devon, Welsh Black and continental cross
cattle and the lamb from Scottish Blackface and crossbred ewes.
